Me Time: February 2013
Yes it may be ugly to post my own feet, I probably won't add it to our printed album, but I finally used my spa birthday gift certificate from my dear friend Lauren! The pedicure was amazing, and there was a pretty little pink drink to go with it.

February 2013
It's cold here in Reno, but so far we haven't had any big snow storms this year. Madeline got a new bike from Santa this year, and she has been enjoying riding it outside which would normally be unheard of in February.
These formed on our storage shed in the backyard.

Becoming Better Friends: January 2013
Judy is not a "kid dog." She has never bit Madeline of course, and deep down we know she loves her, but she growls at her at times. Judy is afraid of babies and toddlers because they are erratic. Now that Madeline is older, she is learning that if she is calm and doesn't act goofy around Judy, Judy will allow her to pet her. Judy even cuddles up to her now, and she gives Maddie kisses. It only took three years for her to come around!

Story and Art Time at Sundance Bookstore: January 2013
The first Friday of every month is story and art time at Sundance Bookstore. The instructor reads a couple books and then assists the kids in an art project based on the theme of the books. This month the kids listened to stories about winter animals. Then they painted over a grease pencil drawing of a rat in his burrow.
