The Polar Express Train Ride: December 12, 2011

Madeline took a ride on The Polar Express Train in Carson City with Daddy and Mommy and the Holman Family. The train started at the East Gate pick up in Carson City and rode about one mile before picking up Santa and then heading back to the station. Along the way we drank hot chocolate and ate cookies with sprinkles while Santa's helpers read us the book The Polar Express and then led us in singing Christmas carols. When Santa came on board Madeline was not afraid. She played a little shy when Santa handed her a beautiful silver bell, which she enjoyed ringing while she sang her own version of Jingle Bells.
