Easter Weekend: April 6-9, 2012

Geepa Ron and Mimi joined us for Easter Weekend. We attempted to do a community Easter run at Idelwild Park on Saturday, but it was too crowded. Still Madeline got to meet the Easter Bunny. She liked him and wanted to go back to see him several times. We also dyed eggs, but Madeline got a hold of them before we could do an egg hunt. Needless to say, Mimi made some very yummy deviled eggs instead. On Easter morning, the Easter Bunny brought Madeline a bag filled with a marine biologist doll named Coral, a Spring time book and a rabbit coloring book with crayons. Madeline's daddy had a surprise of his own for her. He set out to build the most amazing mud pie kitchen! It turned out great. We're going to get a lot of use of it this summer!
